the break-up

-if ure planning to catch THE BREAK-UP, avoid this entry at all cost-

we were suppose to study at the library. and yes, the word is suppose. But we ended up walking out of the cinema in the end. 'WE' meant Mr bay, meow-lisa and mary. So we sneaked KFC and watched 'the break-up'. Thou it was pretty touching at some points of the not-very-loving movie and its totally anti climax-y. Not as much as i wuld love to kill the movie, but seriously, its rather dissapointing.

If im not wrong, jennifer aniston and vince vaughn are pretty much real life lovers. and the movie mistook their love pretty badly. The chemistry was amiss, weak start of their dates and its like.. erm.. a romantic comedy which lack of romance and comedy.

It does hav its share of laughter and tears, but far cry from good. at some point during the ending part, i guilty-ly harboured the thought of whether my money was wasted where it culd hav been better off with 'helen the fox'. HAHAHA

we left the movie with no real conculsion, and it dont seem as if it provides a sequel. A series of excapades that leads itself only to pain and bitterness.
If i hav a gf, this wuld be the last show i wuld wana watch. It makes me think that a fight is inevitable and filled me with the sense of hopelessness where no solution is possible to live a real heart of a relationship.

BUT, becos i supported this movie from the start. Heres a little compliments i can give at my best.

well, romantic comedies do not necessarily have to end well. Some might like the way it ended as it did, purely for the fact that it didn't fall into the void we like to call 'cliche'. And strictly speaking, they got to the 'real' life point of the relationship. In which Aniston decided she no longer felt the way that she did and left him. Although they still show love deep within. In other words, ambiguity in film endings is not a bad thing. The film clearly defines that MEN ARE FROM MARS AND WOMEN ARE FROM VENUS. Relationships are hard when you spend your time trying to read the other person's mind or predicting how your actions are going to affect them.

sooo.. yea. its never an easy thing to maintain a relationship. that is someting i TOTALLY dont deny. HAHAHA, but then again, u'll never know how long u can last unless u start running.

-one more to add, after movie i headed for the toliet u see. den round the corner, this boy, maybe sec 4? Jumped out like a monkey and spread his arms wide like a spider right in front of me. He was alone. and yes, i admit i nearly pee right there n then. =/

love to all, my bitch alittle more.
showers.
